How Can We Do a $35.00 Virus Repair?
Best Buy/Geek Squad charges $130.00 for a virus repair and recommends a backup for an additional $70.00, a $200 proposition. Staples prices are close to the same. Local shops have the ability to charge less but virus repairs can be very (VERY) challenging so the average prices range from $60.00 to $99.00. 
In mid January we decided to start a one week special, drop in your computer and we will do a complete virus repair for $35.00. Our normal price is $75.00. The special worked well and the computers poured in the doors. Still, we had to fix the problems.
Almost all repairs, including viruses are done the same day. Many are very tough but we have implemented techniques to (1) get into the infected computer, (2) stop the malicious activity then (3) remove virus/malware. The second step is the most difficult but after that we
use publically available tools which can be downloaded on the Tools page of our site.
During the final step we are able to move on to the next computer. In store we have 3 workstations and another 3 in the back office so we can handle the load easily. At this price people don’t have to think as hard about bringing their boxes. In fact lately we have been offered tips for our service.
The same day service and low price has given us many computers and great experience. So how can we do this at such a low price? Well, we are "Just that Good!"
